If you're a faithful BSP follower, you know that I'm a huge fan of reusing and revamping things that you have, in order to meet your needs AND save money. Just like everyone else, we're on a tight budget. And even though I've been salivating over many of the awesome organizational tools at Ikea lately, I just can't spend the extra money right now...even though I really, really want to. REALLY want to. I've lately been coveting 3 more of their Antonius racks (I already have one and love it), to help organize our closets. But, I just can't do it right now. So, I've been racking my brain to figure out a way to reuse something we already have to help meet our closet organization needs. Then it hit me! I have one of these:
Hello!! I just didn't see a use for it when we moved into our house in August 2010. Now that we're a bit more settled, I can't believe I didn't think of using this sooner! So, after digging it out of the garage last evening, it's now happily settled in the bottom of my closet, and is now holding all of my chaotic mess in a wonderfully organized way! I even took one of those top cubes and closed the front part, but opened the top, so I can just dump things into it. Be still my heart!
