We're buying a house!!!! I get more and more excited about it, each time I say it. :o) This is our first time, too. Eeeek! So, of course, I'm soooooo looking forward to sharing all the ways we're going to save money on this venture. So much to do!! We can't wait—especially since our upstairs neighbors (we're in an apartment right now) are having an insanely loud (their literally screaming) domestic dispute this morning. Lovely. But enough of that for now. On to the main event . . .

I love chalkboards but I haven't made one yet. I like the one you posted. I just moved to central Texas and I'm going happy crazy over the thrift stores. The picture I posted is all thrift store finds. I love it!
